Frequently Asked Questions
-
Yes. I work with a wide range of budgets—including commercial production budgets for lifestyle and commercial shoots, as well as personal styling budgets. Once I understand what you need, I prioritize the highest-impact pieces first and shop strategically so every purchase earns its place.
-
Absolutely. I’ll look at your hair color, eye color, and skin tone, and help you identify a palette that makes you look bright, polished, and confident. This often starts with a closet review so we can see what already works.
-
Yes. I work with all body types. My job is to understand your shape, comfort level, and lifestyle—and then find cuts, fabrics, and brands that make getting dressed feel easier (and actually flattering).
-
Not with me. Weight changes are normal, and you deserve to feel good in what you wear right now. I’ll meet you with kindness and practicality, and we’ll build outfits that feel supportive, current, and aligned with who you are.
-
I’m big on clear communication. Before we begin, I’ll align with you on goals, budget, timeline, and comfort level (including what you don’t want). You’re always in control—my role is to guide, not pressure.
-
I shop both online and in-person, but I don’t take clients shopping. After I establish your needs and budget, I create a clear plan and timeline (typically a few days to a week, and always timeline-driven for shoots). Then I shop for you.
Next, we schedule a fitting day. I bring the racks, clothing, shoes, and accessories to your home, set everything up, and we try on every look. I also love weaving what I’ve sourced into your existing wardrobe—your own shoes, accessories, and great pieces—so everything feels cohesive and truly you.
-
Rates depend on the service and scope—commercial photo shoots/on-set styling, branding/photoshoot styling, closet edits, fittings, and wardrobe refreshes—as well as the time involved. Tell me what you’re looking for, and I’ll recommend the best starting point and provide a clear quote up front—no surprises.
-
Before we begin, I provide a simple contract outlining the scope of work, timeline, and expectations. It must be established and signed before we start.
For wardrobe shopping, I require a discussed partial advance based on your project scope. All shopping is done through Christine, your stylist, and you’ll receive an invoice once the project is complete.
